Facials

These treatments are designed to suit various skin types. Only the purest plant extracts and essential oils are used with Susan Molyneux Skincare professional facial treatments. When it comes to beauty therapy it is no secret that the best results are achieved when the finest skincare preparations are used in conjunction with professional skills. These products do not contain artificial perfumes, lanolin or formaldehyde.

Aromatherapy Facial releases the senses. £30

In this facial the skin is cleansed, toned, peeled and massaged using high quality, fragrant essential oils. To complete the treatment, a mask is applied and the skin is then hydrated leaving it glowing and radiant.

Alpha Facial reveals the new you. £35

This treatment is for all skin types and incorporates Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) to help brighten the complexion. For optimum results our AHA Night Cream should be used for home care between treatments.

SOS Facial £35

This anti-ageing facial treatment will help protect the skin from the harmful effects of pollution and the environment. It has been designed to treat skin that is feeling dehydrated and tired. It may help delay the appearance of ageing using the scientifically formulated Rescue Serums.

Eye Treatments

Eyebrow shape £6.50

Eyebrows can be difficult for most people to manage themselves, whether it is difficult with wearing glasses or not sure where to begin. Well shaped eyebrows give definition to the face and form a frame for the eyes.

Eyebrow Tint (48hr skin test prior to treatment) £6.00

This is designed to enhance the general appearance, define the eyebrow shape and give definition to the eyes. It is also popular if the hairs are losing their pigment (colour).

Eyelash Tint (48hr skin test prior to treatment) £7.00

This is a very popular treatment especially when combined with the other two treatments. Clients have eyelash tints to save time putting make-up on, for holidays and for those clients who don't like to wear mascara but have found their eyelashes have lightened up a lot and would like more definition to the eye area.

For a professional make-up application to suit any occasion. Specialising in wedding make-up to make your big day as relaxed as possible.

Hands & Feet

Manicure £15

This treatment is designed to suit all nail types, from the fragile flaky nails to the strong brittle ones. The nails will be cleansed, shaped then the cuticle work will be done, including a hand massage, finishing off with the nails left clean or varnished.

Pedicure £20

Feet are often ignored or taken for granted. Our feet are very important, we like to see painted, well-groomed toenails. A pedicure is aimed at improving the overall look, condition and more importantly the feel of our feet.

In a pedicure I cleanse and shape toenails, work on cuticles, remove surface dry skin and massage the feet finishing off with the nails left clean or varnished.

This treatment helps improve your circulation, aids lymphatic drainage and the release of unwanted toxins while helping to relax tense muscle fibres. An excellent aid to either relaxation or weight loss. Not suitable for clients with injuries.

Waxing Treatments

This treatment is becoming more and more popular with the instant results, the re-growth hair is fine ended and grows back soft in texture compared to that of shaving and other methods. The client may feel slight discomfort and the hairs need to be approximately ¼. Rebooking is usually 4-6 weeks depending on speed of hair growth.

Reflexology 60 minutes. £30

The practice of reflexology is evident throughout history and has appeared in different ages and cultures from East to West. The earliest records and documentation have been found in Ancient Egypt. Reflexology is an extremely relaxing, gentle and non-invasive therapy. It is based on the understanding that the feet mirror the body, so by applying varying degrees of pressure to the feet all parts of the body can be reached.

It is beneficial treatment that can be used on any person, old or young, male or female.

Hopi Ear Candling 40 minutes. £25

Ear candles historic roots can be traced back to Indians of North and South America. They are considered to be a classic clearance therapy and can be used successfully for many problems related to the ear and head area.

Hollow tubes (candles) are placed in the ears and a gentle, soothing sensation is felt. The healing essences of Sage, St John's Wort and Chamomile are released into the ear during the therapy.

A lymphatic drainage face and head massage completes the treatment. Afterwards, the contents of the candles are examined to see how effective the treatment has been and to indicate how further treatments should proceed.

Beneficial for Catarrh, migraines, sinusitis, headaches, glue ears, neuralgia, rhinitis and relaxation.

This treatment can also ease problems with ears when flying.

Indian Head Massage 30 minutes. £20

Originated in India, where its practice is an integral part of family life. It is non-invasive, simple yet effective therapy that is renowned for relieving the symptoms of stress, fatigue, emotional exhaustion, headaches and the general stresses of everyday life.

The massage is done on the shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. It works to reduce the tension that builds up in these areas, which helps the body to heal itself.

The treatment takes 30 minutes, so it is ideal for people with limited time.

 

Natria Crystal Wand Facial 60 minutes £37.50

A new approach to the traditional facial. This provides you with the benefits of both a beauty and a holistic treatment.

The natria range of natural beauty products are used, together with crystal wands, and chakra stones for a revitalizing and balanced facial. Massage using unique crystal wands, specifically treats the skin with touch therapy, giving deeper relaxation.

A hand massage is also included.
