On arrival
We have complimentary car parking at the hotel and our post code is LN10 6QG for your Sat Nav. For users with electric vehicles, we also have a car charging point.
At this time, we are continuing to operate on a cashless basis and accept the following payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google and Apple Pay payments.
Your room will be available for check in from 3.00pm onwards. If you do require an earlier check in, please contact our reception team who will assist. We ask that you vacate your room by 11am on the day of check out. Again, if you require a later check out, our reception team will be able to assist where possible. We can also help if you would like to add an extra night to your stay.
Should you require a taxi during your stay, please remember that we are in a rural location and bookings are essential. Please contact the hotel for local company details.
If you wish to bring your dog, please advise us in advance if you have not done so already. An additional charge will be required. You can read our dog policy below:
Accommodation
Your room contains all the facilities you need to enjoy your stay with us. Should you require anything extra in your room such as a teapot or extra refreshments, please do let us know.
We operate a no smoking policy throughout the hotel. Full details can be found on our terms and conditions page below:
Dining
Breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00am daily in our restaurant. Please let us know your preferred breakfast time so that we can have your table ready for your when you arrive.
Dinner is also served in our restaurant from 6.00pm to 8.45pm. If you would like to join us for dinner, please let us know when you check in and we will happily reserve a table for you. You can view our current menus on our website at www.petwood.co.uk/dine You can, if you wish, make your own reservations for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Afternoon tea below.
If your reservation is over a weekend, we may be hosting functions during this time. Please be assured that this will not affect the level of service we provide to you. However, should any issues arise during your stay, please ask to speak to the Duty Manager on the day who will be more than happy to assist you.

Our prices include VAT at the current rate. This booking is guaranteed for late arrival.
