Working approximately 16 hours per week (flexible hours may be available), you will report directly to the Finance Manager and duties will include;
Taking full responsibility for the Sales Ledger, including sending out invoices and month end statements, allocating payments and chasing up overdue accounts by phone and email.
Checking all billing information and revenue sources are correct for upcoming events.
Weekly Reconciliation of the Sales Ledger and Front of House End of Days.
Banking of deposit payments.
Processing timesheets for monthly payroll.
Ensuring procedures are followed in a timely and professional manner.
Other ad hoc duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Applicants must be of smart appearance and have the following attributes;
